Crables are wall-mounted charging shelves that are brandable and configurable. Every business and building is unique and Crables can be neatly installed to give your customers the much wanted charging solution they are looking for. Each Crable can charge up to 8 devices at once through wireless chargers, USB ports and plug sockets (all major international types). We can even configure your Crables with LEDs, RJ45s and Wi-Fi extenders. Branding your Crables can provide that much needed interaction with the people your charging solutions are there to serve.

International standards

UKCA & CE certified with patent protection and design registration (Europe and North America). Crable are able to supply our charging shelves worldwide. Configurable with any of the four most widely used plug sockets used globally. All of our supply chain are required to meet our high standards.

Fast charging

Some charging ports trickle electricity to your phone which makes topping up your battery a bit like watching paint dry. Crable's wireless charging pads give 15W of charge and our USB ports give 12W. These rates give a meaningful boost to your customers' batteries in quick time.

Built to last

Crable charging stations have been specifically designed for busy commercial buildings. We manufacture using only the strongest of materials and build using only the toughest of components. Crable applies the same principle to the application of your brand messaging through pad printing.

Quality assurance

The UKCA mark is one we are proud to hold for our charging shelves. Rigorous testing is required to attain the mark and Crables have passed all the tests with flying colours. All electrical safety specifications have been met for the numerous countries worldwide that we are approved to supply to.

Low maintenance

Our charging shelves are designed to thrive in high traffic areas where inevitably things can get a bit lively. Keeping your charging stations hygenically clean shouldn't require the most laborious of cleaning regimes and Crables do not - simple, flat, textured surfaces with no tricky little corners.

Branding

Key information:

We are able to brand your Crable charging shelves with your logo, call to action and/or QR code.

We use pad printing to brand your Crable as it's the toughest form of print. You can use up to 4 colours in your designs and these stay 'true' as we apply UV stabilisers to prevent fading in sunlight. One of your four colours will need to be used for your wireless charging icons. In your designs you can only use solid colours as gradients are not a possibility with robust pad printing.

Recycled Plastics

Key information:

Option to have your Crable charging shelves manufactured using recycled plastics.

Only available when ordering Light Grey/White Crable charging shelves (RAL 7035). N.B. Properties of recycled plastics dictate that the flame rating of your Crables will change from UL 94 V-0 (self-extinguishing in 10 seconds) to UL 94 V-2 (self-extinguishing in 30 seconds).

Choice of Colours

Key information:

Crables can be manufactured in any colour from the RAL range or exactly matched to your specific brand's colour code.

The RAL colour matching system is globally accepted as the most accurate when used in manufacturing of plastics and other materials. The colour range is extensive and almost all companies will find their brand ID is met within the choices available. Where your company's colour is not matched within the RAL system then we can perform an exact colour match to your specification. All four parts of the main Crable charging shelf body can be manufactured in your chosen colour - topside and underside, component panel and wall bracket.

Charging Totems

Key information:

Crable Charging Totems are the perfect phone charging stations for events and festivals. 3-sided and 4-sided versions available with optional canopy roof. Crable Totems stand 2.0m tall and 0.6m wide per side.

Charging Totems are the ideal solution for events like conferences, exhibitions and festivals. Space at these shows might be at a premium so to be able to have up to four Crable charging shelves that multiple people can stand at is an ideal solution. Made from really strong materials our totems have the wow factor. There's plenty of space for branding and advertising which is printed on sheets that are simply 'velcro'd' onto the totem body. Easy replacement of the sheets means you can regularly change your messaging.

Charging Shelter

A charging shelter is the perfect charging hub for so many types of events. A robust shelter that houses three or more Crable charging shelves with long worktop and stools. Crable Charging Wall

Key information:

This charging wall is state of the art and provides impactful messaging on a wall secured totem.

The charging wall is eye catching and ideal for any room or covered area where your events are being held. A totem that secures to a wall has two Crables which means up to four people can be wirelessly charging their phones at the same time but also a further four people could be charging using USB ports. Our totems are designed so that any number can be installed along a wall and provide a full wall charging area. That's potentially a lot of devices getting charged up and people feeling the anxiety of Nomophobia falling away.

Charging Pod

These charging pods are perfect for events of all kinds where a little bit of privacy is just what your customers want.

These charging pods are amazing and should be made available for conferences, exhibitions, shows and loads of sporting and music events. Each pod is designed with strength in mind but are also light enough to transport and deploy time and time again. Give your customers a little bit of privacy and space to catch up with colleagues and friends while Crables charge their devices in fast time.

Charging Metal Frame

This metal frame charging stand is great for sponsorship opportunities where messaging is key.

A metal frame charging stand is an ideal charging solution for indoor areas where sponsors want to have high impact advertising. Three or more Crable charging shelves provide plenty of charging options including wireless chargers for a speedy top up of phone batteries. The Crables are mounted to a sturdy board that acts as a pattress.

Charging Table Plinth

This charging table plinth is a really simple portable charging station for indoor events.

A charging table plinth is perfect for conferences, exhibitions and other indoor events. Three Crable charging shelves mounted on a branded board that sits on top of a sturdy table. Up to 24 devices can be charging at once through 15W wireless chargers, USB ports and plug sockets.

Wireless charging

We supply Crable charging shelves with two QI compatible wireless chargers built into the top of the shelf. These chargers provide up to 15W of fast charge per Crable side and automatically detect and adjust the charge required to suit the appliance placed on the shelf.

Our intelligent fast chargers can detect when a metal object is placed on the shelf and won't activate the wireless charging so there's no risk of heating up foreign objects.

Module components

Crables can handle a range of different plugs, sockets and wires required by different countries and environments. Modules are an internationally accepted range of components for power, audio, visual and data facias.

Not only do we provide a range of charging modules but we can also accommodate lots of other "kit" that your premises may want. For example a Crable can house WiFi extender modules that securely connect to your existing WiFi router and extend coverage by up to 30m.

Really, really strong plastic

Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) is a blend of PC and ABS that creates a stronger plastic used in car interior and exterior parts, as well as mobile phone bodies. Crable can manufacture your charging shelves using recycled plastics.

Fire-retardant

Our Crables are UL94 V-0 rated, meaning that they’re certified for fire resistance and self-extinguishing within 10 seconds to help keep your premises as safe as possible.

Fade-resistant

Because your Crable is customisable in a choice of 300 RAL colours, we want it to always look as good as the day you installed it. So, Crables are manufactured with a UV stabiliser to ensure it never fades in sunlight and always looks its best.

20kg strength

20kg (the weight of a large packed suitcase) is the direct weight Crables can support when correctly installed on a suitable wall. But indirectly, Crables can handle a whopping 80kg.

Bespoke branding

Have your logo, strapline, call to action or QR code firmly printed on any face of a Crable. Pad printing is resilient so your branding will remain strong when even the toughest of cleaning chemicals are applied.

Multiple methods of installation

There are two ways to install your Crable with both requiring your charging shelf to be simply wall-mounted with four appropriate screws:
‍
1) Direct to Mains - With or without a fused spur (every Crable has an internal fuse). This method of installation means your Crable is truly a floating shelf with no visible wires.

OR

2) Plug Socket - Every Crable is supplied with an integrated supply cable of 0.5m or 1.0m length. You can simply attach a plug and connect to any wall socket of your choosing. Crable then recommends using suitable trunking to keep the supply cable concealed and protected.

N.B. When installing with a plug, your Crable could be considered a portable appliance and thus should be included within your PAT (portable appliance testing) programme.

Ease of upgrade

All electrical components within a Crable can be safely swapped with alternative components at any time. Crables have both 240vAC and 12vDC supply distributed internally so that your choice of components are safe to run and be replaced by a suitably competent individual. Please Note: The mains AC voltage must be suitable for the power sockets you choose.
