Can Multiple Devices Be Charged Simultaneously on a Crable Charging Station?

Crable charging stations can charge up to eight appliances at once in our standard and most popular configuration. That’s with two wireless chargers up top and four plug sockets with two USB ports underside.

Crables can be configured with fewer plug sockets and moreUSB ports if that’s what the customer needs. The underside of Crables can also be configured with LEDs and Wi-Fi extenders.

How Robust Are Crables? 

Crable charging shelves have been specifically designed and tested to thrive in the most challenging environments. The main body of a Crable is manufactured in PC/ABS which is as tough a plastic as you can get –we can manufacture using recycled PC/ABS too.

Crables have been designed to perform their job simply and effectively year after year.

What Happens if Liquids Are Spilled on Crables?

If Crables have food or drink spilled on them then they keep on working and you just need to clean them up. Crables have been designed to be cleaned with the strongest commercial detergents to ensure they can be sanitised easily and regularly if required.

Cleaning with strong products will not damage the printed logos or artwork either. We use pad printing which can handle the most enthusiastic of cleaning.

How Much Weight Can a Crable Charging Shelf Support?

When correctly installed, Crable charging shelves can support up to 20kg directly and 80kg indirectly.

It is recommended that Crable charging shelves are installed at a height of 1.1m from the ground. This is the perfect height for the maximum number of people to be able to use comfortably.

Am I Able to Promote My Message on a Crable?

Crables can be pad printed with up to four colours. Applying logos, calls to action and QR codes are a brilliant way to generate brand warmth, communicate brand messaging and even generate much needed funds.

How Safe Are Crable Charging Hubs?

Crables are UKCA (CE) marked having been rigorously tested in one of the leading UK testing houses.

Testing certification has been granted for Crables to be configured with four different types of plug sockets  to meet the local electrical requirements of the country of installation. Plug Type B (North America and Japan), Plug Type F(European Schuko), Plug Type G (UK, Ireland and many other countries), PlugType I (Australasia and Argentina).

Very importantly, Crables are UL94 V-0 rated which means that the plastics are self-extinguishing within 10 seconds upon removal of the fire source.

What Colours Are Crable Charging Shelves Available in?

We have three ‘standard’ colours; Light Grey/Off White, DarkGrey/Anthracite and Graphite/Black.

Subject to minimum order quantities we can manufacture Crables in any colour from the RAL range or colour-match to your specific needs.

Designers of commercial premises can introduce a new colour within their entire scheme through Crables or complement with existing colours and add significant brand warmth.
